We are hiring for Engineering Manager profile for Shamshabad locations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning day-to-day production to achieve maximum production.
- Complete the production plan of the line and Posting finished goods to EFG.
- We are reducing downtime to achieve productivity.
- Training of new employees in production
- We are solving the process & quality problems through analysis.
- We are conducting daily meetings (GYAT) and Yield Improvement meetings.
- Responsible for continual improvement in both process & production concerning Lean &Kaizen methodology. Encourage employees to involve in kaizen activities.
- On-time delivery of the excellent quality product to end customer as per Production plan.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on using all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintains a working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
- Rejection analysis, updating of rejections in the system, accounting of sacrifices.
- Prepare a report on Production, Yield, Scrap, and Downtime Records for Daily KPI review.
- Sustain of 5S in shop floor & Ensure Safe work environment in shop floor
- Debug inventory control & Scrap control.
- On-job training to technicians and maintaining records.
- Error-free documentation of each fabrication activity and sharing the same with customers.
- Monitor and track WIP status to ensure to meet the target.
- We are initiating corrective & preventive action (CAPA) at vendor & plant end on non-conformances to reduce rejection at vendor and plant end.
